1 Program – 4 Countries: USA, France, Lithuania and Vietnam

Acquire operational skills in project management to work in international organizations and projects mastering the techniques, methods and models in project management with the support of experience in 4 partner countries (USA, France, Lithuania, and Vietnam). Develop the necessary skills to obtain the PMI certificate; build the capacity for critical analysis and know-how in business planning to receive financial support from the EU. Enhance expertise in performance optimization of a firm and the competitive advantages of an organization through innovative procedures and cooperation with other organizations. Foster situational analytical capabilities and decision making strategies as well as effective communication skills using modern techniques; develop know-how in applying negotiation and leadership techniques in a sustainable context.

Program presentation

This is an international program allowing students to graduate with a degree developed in 4 countries (USA, France, Lithuania and Vietnam). This MBA is a full-time program: 8 months of classes followed by a study trip and preparation of business plans or real projects.
This program contributes to the development of know-how in project management and allows students to develop the necessary knowledge to obtain the PMI certificate.
The objective of classes in the USA (120 hours) is to provide students with an understanding of the concepts, principles and theoretical models in project management.
The session in France (120 hours) is dedicated to case studies and preparation of business plans or projects which may lead to independent entrepreneurial experiences.
The period in Lithuania (120 hours) is to apply theory to real projects.
Finally, the study trip to the Far East (40 hours) is oriented towards emerging markets (particularly Asia) to finalize business plans or individual projects.
